Si vous êtes plutôt pressé.e, pas très motivé.e pour cuisiner, ou tou tsimplement à court d'idée, ces quelques ingrédients suffiront à composer un bon repas. N'hésitez pas à twister les aliments selon ce dont vous disposez. De la mozzarella ou de la feta à la place du comté, des pignons ou des cacahuètes pour remplacer les noix, toute alternative est acceptée !

- Faites bouillir un grand volume d’eau salée et laissez cuire les pâtes selon le temps indiqué pour un résultat al-dente.
- Coupez les avocats en deux, ôtez-leur le noyau et enlevez-leur la peau. Taillez-les ensuite en petits dés et arrosez-les de jus de citron.
- À l’aide d’un économe, réalisez quelques lamelles de comté.
- Mélangez l’avocat et le comté aux pipe rigate, ajoutez 2 c.s d’huile d’olive, les noix légèrement concassées et parsemez de basilic finement haché.
